When did you join KTL?

I joined KTL in April 2024.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

As an HR Generalist, I work alongside our HR Manager to oversee all aspects of HR. My responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, serving as a point of contact for employee-related queries, promoting positive employee relations, providing advice and support to resolve issues, and ensuring our policies and procedures are updated.

What do you enjoy most about working at KTL?

I enjoy working with different teams and departments. Everyone is so lovely, and the environment is incredibly inclusive.

What makes KTL different, and sets it apart from other companies you’ve worked for?

KTL genuinely cares for their employees, focusing on career progression, well-being, mental health, and family. They have created an amazing working environment that is diverse, inclusive, and fun. Their open-door policy and emphasis on work-life balance truly set them apart.

How do you like to enjoy your time outside of work? I’ve heard you’ve some great hobbies, could you tell us about them?

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy trying new things, being adventurous, and travelling.
