When did you join KTL?

I joined KTL on the 6th of November 2023.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

My role is Commercial Coordinator. My job responsibilities include:

​

Contractual Compliance:

• Ensuring all customer contract compliance aligns with the guidelines set out in each customer contract.

• Ensure all project delivery teams and PMs are aware of and skilled in the relevant contract terms and conditions with customers and suppliers.

• Assist with governance on ongoing contract compliance with project delivery teams.

• Report to the Commercial Manager quarterly on the status of all projects and relevant contract compliance.

 

Business Development/Tendering/Estimating:

• We are taking an active role with the Operations Team to ensure continuous development and improvement of our approach.

• I am assisting with commercial tenders from both contract and pricing perspectives.

 

Project Commercial Tracking & P&L Reporting:

• Report to the Central Account on the weekly P&L submission and validation of information.

• Assist with Project Appraisal and reporting to the Project Director and Commercial Manager.

What do you enjoy most about working at KTL?

Working at KTL is a fantastic opportunity to learn a new field. I enjoy working with a smart team, continuously learning new things, and improving my knowledge.

How do you like to enjoy your time outside of work? I’ve heard you’ve some great hobbies, could you tell us about them?

My time outside work is mostly spent with my family. I have two wonderful kids, and together we love discovering the world. Travelling is the most relaxing and healthy occupation for us. I also enjoy swimming occasionally. I hold a piano degree from Moldova, which was a great opportunity during my school years to develop my musical skills.
