Junior IT Support Engineer

Hybrid role, 4 days required in the Naas office

Division

The Junior IT Support Engineer provides technical system support to various essential systems used by the company and will also take on ad hoc IT and Technical system related projects as directed by the IT Manager.

Job Scope

Needs to Have

Relevant Third Level Degree Qualification in a technical or IT discipline a distinct advantage
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of current technical solutions and working processes across the relevant fields
Experience in systems and hardware administration and configuration desirable
Knowledge of delivering efficiencies through process/delivery improvement
Knowledge of Software as a service
Knowledge of MS Office 365 packages (Sharepoint, Teams , Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc…)
Proven communication ability in delivering and engaging with team and clients

Needs to Do

Perform IT Helpdesk duties
Provides technical support to the business management system structures
Support the implementation of new IT technical systems and processes in accordance with agreed Quality Standards
Manage user accounts for all systems and provide technical assistance where required
Provide training on technical systems to meet changing operational and strategic needs
Assist with updating of company website and systems data
Update and maintain company documentation
Assist with implementation of ISO 27001 and associated cyber security upgrades
Other tasks as directed by the IT Manager
