Division
The Junior System Administrator provides technical system support to various IT & ERP systems used by the company. The Junior System Administrator will also take on ad hoc IT and ERP system related projects as directed by the IT Director.
Job Scope
Needs to Have

Relevant Third Level Degree Qualification in a technical or IT discipline a distinct advantage

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Significant knowledge of current technical solutions and working processes across the relevant fields

Experience in ERP system administration and configuration desirable

Experience in delivering efficiencies through process/delivery improvement

Expert in MS Office packages essential

Proven communication ability in delivering and engaging with team and clients

Provides technical support to the business management system structures

Implementation of technical systems in accordance with agreed Quality Standards

Applies significant knowledge to deliver best practice technical solutions for the company

Manage user accounts for all systems and provide technical assistance where required

Assist with reporting on Technical Systems operating efficiency

Provide training on technical systems and revise relevant documentation as appropriate to meet changing operational and strategic needs and requirements

Continues to support the implementation of new IT systems and processes, working with operational teams until new systems are fully embedded within the business

Assist with updating of company website data
