To operate, manage and plan individual works for crews and ensure that the site construction is done to client specification and in accordance with the agreed program.
Job Scope
Needs to Have
-
Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role
-
All relevant H&S accreditation and certification (Safe Pass, ESBN, etc) Current ESB PICW or PIW Authorisations.

Full Drivers Licence
-
Experience in managing Planning teams in a fast paced and process driven environment
-
IT proficient – MS Office
-
Experience in reading and understanding how the network Diagram works and able to ask for outages based on switching points used and back feeds needed.
Needs to Do
-
Attend required site/client meetings and instructing/planning crews on the daily work packs to be completed on a daily basis.

Responsible for ensuring that all relevant planning pack documentation and client paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.

Ensure that the planned works are completed correctly and specifications adhered to

Ensure that all relevant Client procedures are adhered to at all times

Liaise with Client personnel i.e. Person Issuing Work, Work Organiser and Telemess Coordinator to ensure all works are completed in accordance with correct procedure

Assist/instruct Storeman to Inspect materials (either client supplied or purchased for purpose of the site construction) to ensure that all materials are to specification and in good order and to promptly report any faults or irregularities to the relevant Manager

Ensure that all crew are compliant with instructions and correct usage of tools and equipment and follow safe working practices and site security protocols

Report any damage to company vehicles, tools or equipment to Plant Manager

Be aware of and monitor implementation of the Company’s Safety Statement and relevant legislative regulations

Escalate any breaches of H&S outside of Crew Leaders remit to the Project Manager
