Jul 12, 2022.As we get older, our risk of suffering a serious illness increases. We are delighted to announce a new addition to the KTL Employee Benefits Package. From the 1st of May 2021 all direct employees will be included in a Critical Illness Cover plan paid for by the company. This plan will pay out a cash lump sum, of up to 75% of salary if you get one of the many serious illnesses covered by the plan, such as cancer, a heart attack or stroke. A cash lump sum can help to remove some of the financial and emotional stress associated with a serious illness – to enable you to take time off work, help to pay for specialist treatment, or even to help cover day to day household bills.Read more
