Join us for #KTL’s 50-Day Exercise Challenge.


Exercise for 2km or 20 minutes per day for 50 days, you can do any exercise, suggestions include:

• Walking

• Jogging

• Running

• Bike riding

A combination of fresh air and exercise can make everyone feel good!


Participants who complete the full 50-day exercise challenge will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five cash prizes worth €100/£100 each!

Vouchers can be used for anything such as a hotel break, afternoon tea with a friend, a trip to the Zoo with the family or even towards new fitness clothing!


The challenge starts today on the 23rd January and completes on the 16th March.
