Since 2007, SOSAD has worked to raise awareness and help prevent suicide in Ireland. They have worked tirelessly in communities to help those in need feel supported and know they are not alone on their journey.
SOSAD offer support and services for people who are struggling with suicidal ideation, self-harming, depression, bereavement, stress and anxiety, or if someone simply needs to talk.

Donate €5/£5 to Naomi House & Jacksplace
Naomi House & Jacksplace provide expert hospice care to more than 550 life limited and life threatened children, young adults and families from central southern England.
They provide individualised care and much needed respite and support for those in their care on the good days, difficult days and last days.
This care continues for as long as a family needs and includes respite care, end of life care, bereavement support, emergency respite and family support.
