Employee Story: Pragna Pankhania

Pragna Pankhania

Project Co-ordinator

“…we are united as a strong team, full of differing personalities from different places around the world, working towards a single objective.”

I originate from Mumbai (India), having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery in 2019. It was a shock to the system stepping off the aeroplane, then being hit with a continuous wave of ice-cold wind, rain, and a bit of snow! I joined KTL as I wanted to experience the working culture in a new country, in addition to improving my English and developing myself in a more professional setting.

I joined KTL in March 2020, whereby I accepted the role as a Project Co-ordinator working under a single client project. Since then, KTL have secured numerous high-level projects in which I have assisted the Design and Project teams to the best of my ability. I have taken on more responsibility, and I feel valued and respected within my team.

The culture within the teams is friendly, and all the colleagues who I work with are very supportive. They are always at hand when I need their assistance. I feel we are united as a strong team, full of differing personalities from different places around the world, working towards a single objective.

Being able to start work with colleagues that feel like friends is the best thing about working at KTL. Everyone supports each other, and we speak as if we’ve known each other for a long time. It’s a massive, but positive, contrast from working in a hospital where you turn up, carry out your duties (mostly in silence), then return home! I’m working hard to learn new skills (I.T, project-focussed, interpersonal, time management etc.) in order to attain a more managerial role in the near future.
