Anthony Heys Tech IOSH has been with KTL for nearing on 12-months after a successful military career in the Royal Navy, he has transitioned into the role of SHEQ Advisor on Vodafone/EE Projects based in KTL’s UK office in Manchester.
Anthony is responsible for supporting the delivery managers to make informed decisions with regards to health and safety. An important aspect of the role is developing a safety culture on site and with the management structure, communicating with operatives and managers alike resulting in positive H&S attitudes and performance. As a SHEQ advisor Anthony is also involved in the onboarding of contractors and checks to ensure business protection, as well as the internal auditing of documentation, procedures and policies.
Anthony being part of the VF team has been instrumental in supporting the project with outstanding performance, which has seen KTL receive the ‘Positive Safety Award’ from Vodafone in November 2020.
