KTL celebrates 25 years in business in Dublin alongside Irish customers and senior staff
Naas, Ireland: Killarney Telecommunications Limited (KTL) celebrated 25 years in business at the Iveagh Garden Hotel on Thursday, May 4th, 2023. KTL has a 25-year history of profitable growth by adding and extending services across the telecoms and power sectors.
Alan Hanamy, CEO of KTL, said, “We’ve been innovative and strategic by investing in our people, technology, and encouraging innovation among our staff over the years. We intend to continue and accelerate this as we progress.”
KTL hosted the event alongside prominent blue-chip customers and senior staff. “It was great to catch up with our Irish customers and our own staff at our 25th party. Many of these customers have been supporting us since our very early days, and we really enjoyed meeting them,” added Hanamy.
Declan Maddy, Project Director KTL, served as the evening's master of ceremonies. There were speeches by Tony Killarney, Founder and Director, and Alan Hanamy, CEO.
There was a dedicated KTL Services Hub at the event consisting of subject matter experts covering digital presentations on seven core service areas of the business, including Transmission (Tx), Acquisition, Planning and Design, Radio/NOC Engineering, Programme and Project Management, Power, IT-Cyber Security and ERP, and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality). This Hub was an excellent opportunity for customers to get to know KTL SMEs and provide an education-sharing session on how KTL can support them well into the future.
“Our customers operate in fast-paced, ever-changing sectors with lots of challenges in managing network upgrades. We are continuously finding ways to support them regardless of the challenges – in fact, we actively anticipate and embrace the obstacles and challenges. KTL has a good track record of doing this. I think it’s in our DNA from the start to be responsive and agile whilst always delivering.”
KTL will continue to be at the forefront of innovative change while tackling the ongoing environmental challenges we all face – climate change has an impact on everyone and is driving significant changes in how we achieve our goals whilst reducing our carbon footprint.
This milestone comes in the wake of many recent initiatives and accomplishments of the company, including:
