When did you join KTL? I joined KTL in 2014 on a Job bridge programme and worked as a Health and Safety coordinator, KTL offered me a full-time permanent position when this ended in January 2015.

What has your journey with KTL been like? I began my career with KTL working with H&S and HR and gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience. KTL cares about their employees and supports them in achieving their goals and realising their true potential. When I discussed with the team at KTL that I would like a career in accounts. KTL did not hesitate to help me achieve my dream. I was sponsored by KTL to go back to college and become a qualified accountant.

What do you enjoy most about working for KTL? KTL is a family, they genuinely care about your health and wellbeing as well as your family and provide support wherever its needed. Every day is different providing exciting new challenges and new opportunities to grow within KTL.

How would you describe the KTL culture? KTL’s culture of support, encouragement and employee engagement, provides a lovely atmosphere to work in. From healthy competitions to KTL family outings or even a birthday in the office, you feel the positive friendly atmosphere of KTL on a daily basis.
